Kathryn Williamson: Fall Girl
Friday, 11:30 - 2:00 PM, starts at Metro Center station, 12th and G
As a social experiment I will fall in busy intersections and on sidewalks. Will people help or ignore? Has our society been overtaken by suspicion and self absorption to the point of estranging itself from caring for our fellow citizen?  My performance is designed to bring up certain questions about humanity and compassion.
Kathryn Williamson is currently living and working in the Washington DC  area. She has performed both nationally and internationally. Her  performances are an on-going commentary on every day life that ask questions and call for reflection. She is a graduate of the San Francisco Art Institute and was awarded the Bay Area Award for Performance Art in  2000.
